TAVIS YEATS

Founder

With over 15 years of landscaping experience, Tavis is a natural leader and entrepreneur, and a founding member of the 13 Forty team. With his long-time business partner, Michael Chapman, Tavis also owns and operates Oasis North Landscapes, a local business that has been landscaping in the Blue Mountains for a decade. Always up for an adventure, Tavis thrives most when he’s out exploring and spending time with his children.

Founder
Michael’s career mirrors that of his long-time business partner Tavis’, with his experience landscaping in the area has led him to founding both Oasis North Landscapes and 13 Forty Landscape Supplies. When he’s not at the yard, you’ll find Michael enjoying Georgian Bay on his boat, spending time with his family, or meticulously cleaning up after Morgan.

Morgan Anderson has over 18 years of accounting and business management experience. Prior to joining 13 Forty Morgan was employed as Accounting Technician for Ian Whitton Professional Corporation and Property Accountant for Blackwood Partners Inc. Her dedication to 13 Forty is rivaled only by her dedication to her family and pickleball.
